These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cursivefontgenerator.wiki and the CursiveCopy cursive font generator. By visiting the site or using the tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Service description
CursiveCopy provides a browser-based utility that transforms ordinary Latin letters into copy-and-paste Unicode text styles, including script, bold, italic, double-struck, and fraktur-inspired results. The site may also provide examples, compatibility notes, usage guidance, and other informational content about decorative text.
The basic generator is intended for short names, bios, captions, headings, greetings, and messages. We may add, remove, or change styles, controls, copy behavior, content, or availability as the site evolves.
2. Your text and generated output
You are responsible for the text you enter, the rights you have to use it, and the way you publish or share the generated result. The generator does not grant trademark, copyright, publicity, privacy, or brand permissions. Do not use another person's name, brand, quote, or protected content in a misleading or unauthorized way.
Generated output is a set of text characters, not a downloadable or installable font file. You are responsible for checking capitalization, punctuation, spacing, symbols, and line breaks after pasting into another service. A destination app may normalize, replace, hide, or render characters differently.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not disrupt, attack, overload, scrape aggressively, or interfere with the site or another visitor's use.
- Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, inject malicious code, or test the site in a way that creates unreasonable risk.
- Do not impersonate CursiveCopy, imply an endorsement that does not exist, or misrepresent generated Unicode text as an official font product.
- Do not use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.
4. No font-installation or rendering guarantee
The generator is a text-styling utility, not a font editor, typeface marketplace, or font-file builder. It does not create TTF or OTF files, install fonts, or guarantee that an application will accept every character. If you need editable design text, print-ready type, a logo, or a website font, use a properly licensed font file and the software designed for that job.
Unicode support depends on browsers, operating systems, apps, assistive technologies, search systems, and moderation filters. We do not guarantee an identical appearance across every device or platform.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, pause, limit, or remove features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, or compatibility with every browser, device, or destination app. Browser APIs and clipboard permissions can change without notice.
Because the core workflow is designed to run in the browser, keep your own copy of important plain text and do not treat CursiveCopy as a backup, archive, or document-management service.
6. Intellectual property
The original site text, layout, interface organization, code, visual treatment, and branding of CursiveCopy are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated. You may use the generated text for your own lawful purposes, subject to your rights in the original text and the rules of the destination service.
You may not copy, resell, frame, or present the site in a way that suggests a false relationship with CursiveCopy. Your input remains your responsibility; using the tool does not transfer ownership of it to us.
7. External services and links
The site may use hosting, analytics, advertising, security, email, content-delivery, or browser services and may link to third-party documentation or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, their availability, their rendering behavior, or their policies. Review third-party terms before relying on an external service.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the cursive font generator will meet every requirement, create a particular visual result, remain available, or work in every destination app.
Use the output at your own discretion. You are responsible for reviewing the final text, checking readability and accessibility, following platform rules, retaining a plain-text version, and making any publishing or legal decisions based on the generated result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CursiveCopy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, inability to use the site, generated text, clipboard behavior, external platforms, or support communications. This includes lost data, lost profits, lost goodwill, business interruption, or replacement-service costs.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the tool, site operations, browser technology, support channels, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and publish the revised text on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms for future use.
